I’ve heard that because fruit have alot of all natural sugars they do not relly help in weight loss. I thinkthis is crap but i was hoping one of you could clear it up for me.

I have heard you can and you can’t from different sites. has anyone achieved both at the same time and if so How do you do it? and How long?
By the way I am 5 foot 7 inches tall and weigh about 165 lbs and am a 19 year old male. In which I have fat on my body especially a sagging stomach fat from my over 100lbs weight loss LOve handles lol . And fat on my breast area…That is why I want to DO both at the same time INSTEAD of a bulking, cutting phase….Is it possible to do both at the same time LIKE when I’m losing body fat can I gain muscle at the same time. Thanks a lot.
If it’s possible then WHY the cutting Bulking Phase? and also if it’s not possible at my weight SHould I bulk or Cut 1st. I heard beginners have a 6-8 week period of expereinceing both at the same time. BUt Please I am a beginner and have no experience in this area, I hear from different sites that you can or cant??? What is the truth???

Okay so I’m 13 years old, and I weight 110. I hate being fat because my clothes don’t look nice on me as much as i hope they would. I get so angry at myself then because of how I look. And don’t say you shouldn’t worry about how you look, you were thirteen once too :l. So does anybody have any tips on how they lost weight or how to loose weight?
I already-
Ride my bike every day
go swimming twice a week
and sometimes i go run tracks (only sometimes, unless i get tired)
Any help?

cooked shrimp with veggies (cooked in soy sauce, no butter)
strawberries with fat free cool whip
one banana
ff cool whip has as many calories as a cup of yogurt…and im sick of yogurt hehe

I’m looking for some detailed info on what types of foods lead to belly fat piling up quickly and lifestyle choices that get and keep the fat there as well. Essentially a guide that would really lead to a flubbier belly if followed or lead to weight loss if followed in reverse. Thanks.

Ok here’s my deal. I am 20 325 6′4 and extremely out of shape. I usually weight lift for exercise alone but now i want to focus on fat loss. My goal is 220. so 105 lbs, and my first goal is to be able to run 1 mile, non stop without dying.
Currently I have started running today and; well. I can only run maybe like 10 to 20% of a mile without feeling like I’m going to burst. so i walk then run then walk then run. By the time I’m done my legs feel like jello and I need a good 10 minute lay down to recover.
My question is, how long if i keep this 1 mile per day going. Will I be able to run a mile non stop without the feeling of death coming over me? thanks!
