Even before this diet I fasted for about two weeks, lost absolutely no weight! What??? I’m so confused and frustrated. For the last 5 weeks I’ve jump roped for an hour and weight trained for an hour, and did this 6 days of the week. Still no weight loss. What can I do? Am I in starvation mode and need to correct it? Do I need to just keep going even though normal people should be seeing a weight loss of 1-2 lbs per week? I’m short and most of my fat is concentrated in my thighs; and I’ve heard spot reduction doesn’t work. So much information is coming at me from so many places, what’s true? I don’t know what to do anymore but just present my personal problem and ask HELP!
Er, also, is it a good idea to do a cleanse? i was thinking lemon detox…but this may be a bunch of bs
