For the past few weeks I’ve been trying to lose weight. I am VERY overweight and want to lose atleast 60-70 lbs by December. I’m 19, female, 5′4, and weigh around 240. My mom got me some Mega-T Green Tea pills to take twice a day. It says it helps curb appetite, helps stimulate metabolism, and helps burn fat. Is this true? And is this safe? It also contains Hoodia in it. I heard that green tea is good for losing weight around your stomach and that is where I carry most of my weight. I just want to know if I should really try taking these along with diet and exercise? I am VERY paranoid about pills, but this is more like an herb right???
