I’m losing weight even though I’m not exercising. I did at the beginning in October, but I moved so I’ve been kind of sidetracked. Still, I’m losing weight. Diet change: no rice, no red meat, no fast food (none around my house!). I eat a lot of pasta (just w/ garlic, evoo, parm., chicken breast). Some cookies right now with the holidays, but also very little.
Anyway, my mindset is that I’m not going to be a “fat chick” anymore. That isn’t going to be a part of my identity…just something that I am almost subconsciously thinking.
Is it possible to lose weight this way?
